the location worked well for events at caja magica. it is a short walk. the metro station is also really close to the hotel.
the bathroom has a glass door that can't be fully closed. it makes going to the bathroom awkward when traveling with someone else. the gym and pool were super dirty.

the rooms were very clean. towels and linens were changed regularly. the kitchen included everything i needed to cook meals. there was also a washing machine in my room, very convenient.
i found the hotel to be a little loud because of the nearby motorway.

a metro station is very close, and provides a direct route to the city center. multiple markets, restaurants, and cafes are nearby. this makes it easy to get supplies or enjoy a meal out.

Breakfast was quite basic. i found it satisfying. there were eggs and a selection of cured meats. fresh bread was also available, along with yogurts, fresh fruit, and pastries.

the staff were friendly, and always smiled. they seemed eager to assist with any questions or requests. i noticed staff promptly addressed any concerns that arose.

AMAZING Stay!

The Duplex Suite was amazing with all the needed amenities, including two bathrooms and showers. We found four comfortable beds, which worked great for our family. the staff is GREAT, and we could do early check-in. It was amazing. The room was very spacious.
The bathroom has a glass door that cannot be fully closed. It is quite awkward if you are staying with someone else.

The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of choices and was abundant each morning. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the selection of fruits. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was very helpful and tried to find solutions to our needs promptly. Harum in the lobby was especially friendly and provided great assistance. Everyone was very cute.
